Saints vs Packers

The Saints vs. the Packers
The Packers lost on the controversial call interception touchdown in Seattle and the Saints are now 0-3 after losing in overtime at home to the Chiefs both teams are reeling and 2 of the best qb’s in the game Rodgers and Brees aren’t playing up to their levels yet.
Key Match ups

Jermon Bushrod vs. Clay Matthews
Clay Matthews has gotten off to hot start with 6 sacks in the first 3 games of the season that’s as many as a he had the entire last season he is playing more relentless and is the best defensive player on the packers, it will be up to Bushrod to try to contain him and keep Brees on his feet something that hasn’t happened that much so far this year.
Jimmy Graham vs. Charles Woodson or Morgan Burnett
Jimmy Graham is one of the best if not the best tight end in the league and is a mismatch for any Tight end or safety to cover and is Brees favorite target as he can stretch the field and also is pretty much unstoppable in the red zone it will be up to the crafty future hall of famer Woodson who moved to safety to try and cover Graham he will also get help from Burnett don’t be surprised if they double Graham.
Marques Colston vs. Tramon Williams
Colston has gotten off to a slow start of the season but he is one of the better underrated wr’s in the NFL and the packers secondary will be a great time for him to break out as he will most likely be covered by Tramon Williams who got beaten badly on a double move by Golden Tate on Monday Night don’t be surprised if the physical Colston is able to get into the end zone for the first time against Williams.
Key Match ups
Bryan Bulaga vs. Will Smith
Bulaga had a Monday night he would like to forget he was awful in the first half of the Monday night game was beaten by many of the Seahawks defensive linemen as the packers allowed 8 sacks all in the first half, Will Smith is the saints best pass rusher and if the Saints have any chance of trying to stop Rodgers they need to hit him and hit him a lot.
Jermicheal Finley vs. Roman Harper
Finley is a talented receiving tight end who is pretty much another wr as he is tall and has the speed to beat any linebacker but he has suspect hands at best and he will probably be covered by Roman Harper who is well known to struggle at defending the pass I think the packers will try to expose this match up.
Greg Jennings and Jordy Nelson vs. Jabari Greer and Patrick Robinson
The Talented duo of Jennings and Nelson haven’t produced the big plays they were making on a constant basis this year but lucky for them the 2 corners they face up against aren’t anywhere as good as the corners they faced the first 3 games so they might not get the physical coverage they have been getting and can finally use their speed to make plays down the field, If Greer and Robinson want to stop them they must be physical and press them at the line at all times if not Rodgers could have a field game against this secondary.
Packers 34 Saints 31 Both of these qb’s are too good to be struggling for so long so I think this is the game where they both break out and I think green bay’s defense can force turnovers better than the saints’ defense can and that will be the difference in the game.

Panthers vs Falcons

Panthers at Falcons
The Panthers got dominated by the Giants on Thursday night in all aspects of the football. The Falcons went across the country and destroyed the Chargers in their home.
Key Match ups
Steve Smith vs. Asante Samuel
Samuel has helped the Falcons secondary after being traded for practically nothing. Steve Smith is still an explosive wr and one of the more physical wr’s even though he is one of the smallest players in the league. Asante Samuel has made living jumping routes to get interceptions and will try to bait Cam Newton into throwing him one but his aggressive style of play leaves him vulnerable to letting big plays on the field happen to him.
Greg Olsen vs. Thomas Decoud
Decoud has been one of the best players in the Falcons secondary so far this year and was a force during the San Diego getting interceptions forcing fumbles and helping shut down Antonio Gates. Olsen is a good receiving tight end and someone Cam will try to rely on since the Falcons will try to take Steve Smith out the game.
Jordan Gross vs. John Abraham
The Panthers oline had trouble with the Giants dline as they were able to get pressure on Cam and able to stop the outside runs of the Panthers, now they will go up against the active sack leader in the NFL in John Abraham and most likely Jordan Gross will be the one who will have to block him.
Key Match ups
Julio Jones VS Josh Norman
The Panthers let Ramsen Barden have a great game on them and Norman was the corner who primarily covered him now he has to cover Julio Jones. Jones had a nice bounce back game after having a disappointing Monday night showing he looks to be steadily improving and Ryan trusts the super athletic 2nd year wr so it should be a long game for Norman.
Michael Turner and Jacquizz Rodgers vs. Jon Beason and Luke Kuechly
Jon Beason and Luke Kuechly the Giants where able to run up the middle at will, this should be a good game for the Falcons to try and establish their running game with Turners and Rodgers. The Panthers are one of the worst tackling teams in the NFL and Beason and Kuechly are 2 of the main culprits and have missed a couple tackles already this season.
Sean Weatherspoon  vs. DeAngelo Williams
Weatherspoon is turning into one of the best lb.’s in the league with size sped and a good tackle and is always around the ball. DeAngelo Williams had 50 rushing yards against the Giants the Panthers couldn’t get anything on the ground but if Williams can get to the Corner it will be up to Weathersppon to get him before a big run happens
Falcons 34 Panthers 21 I think Cam will have a bounce back game but the Falcons are almost unbeatable at home and Matt Ryan is playing at a very high level right now and I can’t see this panther’s defense being able to stop all of the Falcons Weapons.

Bears vs Cowboys Preview

Chicago Bears at Cowboys

The Bears and Cowboys both come off home wins the bears beat the Rams and the Cowboys got a physical win at home against the Bucs.

Key Match ups
Julius Peppers vs. Tyrone Smith
The Cowboys offensive line has been awful so far even the Cowboys best olinemen left tackle Tyrone Smith has had his struggles and now he has to try and block Julius Peppers. Peppers is one of the best defensive ends in the NFL and he has gotten off to a good start this year and with the way the Cowboys have been blocking Peppers could be in the backfield all game long.

Brandon Marshall vs. Brandon Carr
The Cowboys signed Carr to help their secondary and he has done that so far limiting big play wrs Victor Cruz and Vincent Jackson so far this season. Marshall is one of the biggest and most physical wr's in the NFL so it will be interesting to see how Carr’s Press coverage will work on him. Marshall is Cutler's favorite target so Carr will get tested yet again this should be a fun match up to watch.

J’Marcus Webb vs. Demarcus Ware
Webb got destroyed by Clay Matthews 2 weeks ago now he will have to face the best 3-4 LB in the NFL in Demarcus Ware good luck. Ware has been his usually dominant self so far this season and Webb will be outmatched whenever the bears let him try to block Ware 1 on 1. Even if they double Ware which I know they will I can still see him getting at least 2 sacks.

Key Match ups

Sean Lee vs. Matt Forte
Sean Lee is becoming one of the best linebackers in the league he is a sure tackle and good in coverage and forces fumbles. Matt Forte is one of the most complete running backs in the league can run up the middle and on the outside and is a reliable receiver, Lee and Bruce Carter are going to be the Lb.’s who will have to stop Forte if he gets past the Cowboys front 4.

Miles Austin vs. Charles Tillman
With all the hype Dez Bryant gets Miles Austin is still Romo's favorite wide out. Charles Tillman I one of the more underrated corners in the NFL and has a knack for causing fumbles and he will most likely be the one who will cover Austin.

Brian Urlacher vs. Demarco Murray
Murray had a great opening night but hasn't been as great the last few games and even at his advanced age Urlacher is still one of the best line backers in the NFL at stopping the run. Murray gets a lot of yards after contact but Urlacher and Briggs are sure tacklers so once they wrap him up he most likely won't be able to get extra yardage.

Summary both teams defense have played good so far and both teams have terrible offensive lines with erratic qb's with Forte coming back Bears 21 Cowboys 17
